Kupe Muanenguba Promises 100% For Paul Biya

Professor Elvis Ngolle Ngolle, the newest Central Committee Member, Minister of Forestry and Wildlife and CPDM Divisional Campaign Team Manager for Kupe Muanenguba Division of the South West Region has ended a three-day Marathon to launch campaigns for the October 9, Presidential election in his constituency. The three day exercise which began on Monday September 26 took Minister Ngolle Ngolle to Bangem, the Kupe Muanenguba Divisional Head quarters and to the Sub Divisional Head Quarters of Tombel and Nguti respectively on September 27 and 28.
The launching exercise in Kupe Muanenguba Division which began in Bangem with a heavily attended rally at the Bangem Council Hall and Courtyard followed suit in Tombel and Nguti. The Divisional Campaign Team led by Minister Ngolle Ngolle was installed. The Minister installed the Sub Divisional Campaign Team for Bangem and handed over CPDM T-Shirts, loin cloths, caps and other campaign gadgets.The Central Committee Member supported by all the Sub- section Presidents of the CPDM, WCPDM, YCPDM, Mayors, Councilors, elite, Kupe Muaneguba chiefs, militants and sympathizers of the ruling Cameroon People Democratic Movement, CPDM of Kupe Muanenguba I, Bangem, Kupe Muanenguba III, Tombel, Kupe Muanenguba II, Nguti, choirs and militants of the National Union for Democracy and Progress, NUDP of Bello Bouba in the entire constituency joined their voices like one to declare their 100 % vote in favour of the CPDM candidate, Comrade Paul Biya come October 9. October 9 was declared as day for the celebration of Biya’s victory as from midnight in Kupe Muanenguba.
Kupe Muanenguba wanted Biya to stand, and he has accepted, so no votes should go astray in the Division, Chief Nkwele Simon admonished.
Minister Elvis Ngolle Ngolle used the launching of the campaign exercise to give a briefing of the just ended 3rd CPDM Ordinary Congress in Yaounde during which the Head of State and CPDM Presidential candidate declared realization of major infrastructural projects, roads, large scale industries in the country starting as from January 2012, employment for the youth, appointment of the youth and women to posts of responsibilities as candidate Biya prepares a new vision for Cameroon, an emerging Cameroon which should be supported.
The Central Committee Member and Campaign Team Manager noted with satisfaction a marked increase in voter registration in Kupe Muanenguba which rose from a meager 25000 to 66.764 in 2011.
The CPDM Campaign Team Manager, elite, Mayors and Section Presidents of all the wings engaged in a fund-raising which yielded over FCFA 11 million. The team manager alone coughed out FCFA 5 million, providing three pick-up 4 wheel drive vehicles with fuel for the three Sub-divisional Campaign Teams. He equally sponsored the production of the campaign gadgets. The Mayor of Tombel, Rose Ngassa supported the campaign with FCFA 3 million. Others gave one million, and one other elite surrendered his pick-up to fortify campaigns.
During the campaign launch which involved the installation of Divisional Campaign teams, Sub Divisional campaign teams, Minister Ngolle Ngolle reinforced all the teams with traditional rulers, quarter heads, and young women and youth vigilante groups. He empowered all these reinforcements with a running budget each throughout the campaigns. All campaign teams Ngolle Ngolle stressed must collaborate and work in solidarity to canvass for votes for Comrade Paul Biya from door to door. Another interesting group which the Minister added to beef-up the campaign teams was that of all Kupe Muanenguba Witches and Wizards. In a much lighter note, Ngolle Ngolle said that the White man uses his witchcraft to build airplanes, why can our own witchcraft not help us to vote a candidate who can bring development like Paul Biya? He equally ordered for a budget to the kin and kith of the witchcraft profession in the campaign for Biya come October 9. This move was greeted with deafening applause. Following the CPDM-NUDP platform which is no longer a secret, Minister Ngolle Ngolle made it clear to CPDM militants in his division to work hand in glove with NUDP militants. He said NUDP militants were included in the running budget voted to campaign for the CPDM candidate Comrade Biya in the Kupe Muanenguba. He used every occasion to explain the CPDM ballot paper and its emblem so that no one vote should go astray within Kupe Muanenguba constituency.
Talking to the press after the three day marathon launch of the CPDM campaigns, the CPDM newest Central Committee Member, Minister of Forestry and Wildlife and Campaign Team Manager for Kupe Muanenguba, Professor Elvis Ngolle Ngolle made it clear why his constituency should vote the CPDM candidate, President Paul Biya; he reiterated the fact that President Biya was the only candidate with a vision, the only candidate with a good political programme which is futuristic, the only candidate who is assuring a better future for all citizens, the only guarantor of youth employment and women empowerment, the only candidate out of the 23 candidates with a successful record. He said President Paul Biya is God anointed. Paul Biya is a winner. Anyone who joins the CPDM joins the winning side. The People’s choice is God’s choice. Vox popoli, vox dei. Kupe Muanenguba people are people with a vision. They have chosen to give candidate Biya, the CPDM candidate 100%. Leaders are chosen by God. The people of Kupe Muanenguba have chosen Paul Biya and what the people decide here on earth it is ordained in heaven. The entire Kupe Muanenguba is going to the polls on October 9 with one objective, to vote 100 % for the CPDM candidate, Comrade Paul Biya. Any other candidate who comes to Kupe Muanenguba will be missing his or her way.
From Bangem to Nguti via Tombel whether in song or prayer, whether in speeches from traditional rulers, Section Presidents, elites or messages from dance groups, all were centred on declarations promising candidate Paul Biya, the CPDM candidate a landslide victory come October 9.
Traditional authorities, elite, militants and well wishers equally doffed their hats to Professor Elvis Ngolle Ngolle for his dynamism and resourcefulness in galvanizing and mobilizing huge human and material resources for the success of the CPDM Campaigns in the Division. They all promised that October 9 will be a day for confirmation of their attachment and support to Paul Biya, the People’s Choice and the People’s Candidate by voting him 100%.
Minister Ngolle Ngolle equally expressed his attachment to see the CPDM candidate win in the whole of South West Region by supporting the regional campaign team with FCFA 8 million to ease campaigns in the 6 other Divisions of the Region.
